Integrated manufacturing capabilities — from wide-web flexographic printing and laser venting to in-house barrier engineering and extrusion coating — all under one roof.
Fastik operates both wide web (up to 59" / 1092mm) and narrow web flexographic printing lines — providing the manufacturing flexibility to serve everything from bulk rollstock and lidding films to specialty labels and narrow-format applications.
Our full color presses deliver HD-quality print with precise color management and registration, enabling shelf-ready graphics that compete with any packaging format in any category.
Our wide web presses handle substrates up to 59 inches in width, making Fastik capable of producing large-format flexible packaging, full-width salad bag films, and wide rollstock for high-output VFFS lines. Wide web capability reduces seams, improves efficiency, and maximizes print real estate for impactful branding.
Eight-color printing capability allows Fastik to reproduce complex brand identities, photographic images, and process color with exceptional fidelity. Combined with our in-house HD plate making, we consistently deliver press results that match digital proofs and meet the most demanding brand standards.
Fastik manufactures HD flexographic printing plates in-house. This vertical integration eliminates external lead times, reduces costs, and gives our press operators direct control over plate quality, dot structure, and press performance — ensuring that what's approved at prepress is what appears on the finished package.
Fastik uses water-based ink systems across our printing operations, reducing VOC emissions, improving food contact safety, and supporting our broader sustainability commitments. Water-based inks deliver excellent adhesion, rub resistance, and color vibrancy on flexible substrates.
In addition to flexographic presses, Fastik operates digital printing equipment for short runs, proofing, versioning, and variable data applications. Digital capability enables rapid prototyping, seasonal or promotional variants, and market-test packaging without full flexo tooling investment.
Fastik's converting capabilities extend from film laminating and coating to slitting, pouching, and finished format production. Our integrated converting lines produce finished packages from raw substrate to shippable rollstock or pre-made pouch.
Multi-layer lamination for barrier, aesthetics, and performance
Precision slitting to customer-specified widths and core diameters
Stand-up, flat, pillow, and specialty pouch formats
In-house extrusion coating of paper and film substrates
Precision micro-perforation for produce and MAP applications
Pattern-applied cold seal adhesive coating on rollstock
Fastik's Innovation Center and Sustainable Packaging Lab is where the next generation of flexible packaging is developed. Our in-house R&D team works at the intersection of material science, barrier engineering, and sustainable structure development.
The lab serves as a resource for packaging engineers, brand R&D teams, and procurement professionals exploring sustainable transitions — providing structure testing, compatibility validation, and shelf-life prediction before production commitment.
Material Testing & Qualification — Substrate evaluation, barrier testing, seal strength, and migration testing to food contact standards.
Sustainable Structure Development — Mono material design, compostable structure development, and recycled content integration.
Shelf-Life Validation — Accelerated and real-time shelf life studies to validate structure performance against customer targets.
Emerging Material R&D — Exploration of bio-based resins, cellulose-based films, and novel barrier coatings for next-generation packaging.
Food safety is not optional in flexible packaging manufacturing. Fastik operates all facilities under SQF food safety certification standards — ensuring that every product we manufacture is safe for direct and indirect food contact applications.
